Exchange guarantee
As a textile print finisher with many years of experience, we guarantee high quality for your individually designed products and allow you to exchange them within 30 days. After inspection by our customer service, we offer you an exchange for new goods or an exchange for a voucher. We can only offer a refund on non-customized products.

Payment of return shipping costs
Please contact our customer service before returning an item. If your order value exceeds 50,- £ we will cover the costs for the return shipment.
 
Dealing with returns
As soon as we receive your return, it will be checked, recycled or donated. Of course, we comply with the data protection regulations. Only items that do not contain personal image data, logos or similar will be donated. All other items are recycled and returned to the material cycle. In this way, we support the sustainable use of our resources and help where second-hand clothing is urgently needed.
